He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Craig Hockaday and Mary Ellen Hockaday; his sister Leeda Sue Hockaday; his wife Debra Dalene Hockaday; and his daughter Debbie Lynn Permenter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Lee Bevis and Jessica (Matt Woods); his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Yvette Hockaday; his niece Holly Hockaday; his nephew Jeremy Palmer; his sister Jessie; his brother-in-law Ronnie Koziuk; and his grandchildren, Erica, Zach Lippard, Montana Lee Bevis, Craig, Blair Whitt, Kateland Rayne Turner, Alexia Nicole Beasley, Brynley and Cara Woods. He is also survived by 3 daughters bore him grandchildren and their children.
