She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Gerald Palmer and Norma Palmer; her son Justin Westbrook; her granddaughter Lakin Palmer; and her sister Dephane Mason.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Westbrook; her daughters, Julie Berry (Butch) and Pamela Jenkins (Richard); her grandchildren, Patrick Berry, Hunter Fowler (Tara), Corey Allen (Molly), Brandon Allen (Courtney), Zachary Jenkins, Ian Jenkins and Haley Vredenburg (Austin); her great grandchildren, Randi Fowler, Peter Fowler, Cooper Allen, Hudson Allen, Adrienne Acosta and Carter Dove Vredenburg; and her siblings, Gerald Palmer Jr. (Sherry), Terry Smith and Dorlaine Simpson (Kenton). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Texarkana Funeral Home- Arkansas (4801 Parkway Dr, Texarkana, AR 71854). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Global Methodist Church (5204 S Rondo Rd, Texarkana, AR 71854).
