She was predeceased by : her parents, Rush Carter and Francis Carter; her sister Shirley Burkes; and her grandson Trent Nottingham. She is survived by : her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Olen Nottingham of Genoa, Arkansas; her granddaughter Maegan Thomas (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Jaxon Thomas and Whit Thomas.
