He is survived by: his girlfriend Donita Zahn; his children, Kimberly Evonne Holmes of Texarkana, TX, Walter Ray Rateliff Jr. (Melissa) of Texarkana, TX, Tina Diane Embrey of Texarkana, TX, James Edward Rateliff of Texarkana, TX, Christopher Lynn Rateliff of Texarkana, TX and Jennifer Leanne Taylor of Texarkana, TX; his grandchildren, Crystal Martin, Debra Embrey, Angel May, Bradley Embrey, Christopher Lynn Rateliff Jr., Camry Rateliff, Lexie Taylor, Braden Taylor, Jase Taylor, Karla Rateliff, Devin Rateliff, Tanner Lacefield and Tyler Lacefield; and his sisters, Lavonne Kirtley, Patricia Sutton and Barbara Hinds.
