He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Penny. He is survived by: his mother Juanita McDowell; his children, Wesley Penny Jr. (Yulia) of Magnolia, Stephen Brandenburg of Texarkana, Zach Penny (Harmony) of Crossett, Brettan Penny and Bryar Penny of Genoa, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Maxim, Viktoria, Kaiden, Braylon, Easton, Abigail, Eli, Brooks, River and Bays; and his siblings, Gini Ousley, Gaye Yates (Robert) and Russell Clayton (Denise). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to CASA of Texarkana, Caddo Area Council Boy Scouts of America Troop 33, or Shiloh Baptist Church.
