He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Birtcher, Sr. and Hilma Mackey Birtcher. He is survived by: his wife Erma Birtcher; his sons, Tim Birtcher (Kim) of Houston and Todd Birtcher (Stephanie) of Texarkana, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Phillip Birtcher (Summer), Misty Whitenton (Joe) and Jackson Oliver Birtcher; and his great grandchild Thomas Whitenton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Alliance of Texarkana, an organization close to Willie's heart.
