He is survived by: his spouse Billie Faye McCulley of Ada, OK.; his children, Cyndee Taylor and Terry Taylor; and his siblings, Patricia Kearby, Barbara Vinson, Matalyn Gardner, Albert Taylor and Lavelle Carlson.
