He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elmer Webb and Nora May Webb (Adams); his siblings, Sarah Berniece Kelley, Howard Webb, Ozell Webb and Christopher Columbus Webb; and his nephew Douglas Kelley.
He is survived by: his godson Christopher Herschel Webb of Brookland, Arkansas; his nieces and nephews, Phillip Webb (Melinda) of Brookland, Joseph Kelley of Timbo, Steve Webb (Kara) of Lawton, John Webb of Mountain View, Arkansas, Linda Lee of Mountain View, Arkansas and Robbie Moore of Mountain View, Arkansas; his brother-in-law Ernest Kelley of Timbo; and his brothers, Roy Jones and Junior Barham. He is also survived by great-nephews, great-nieces, extended family members and friends.
