Dakota Jack Younger Obituary

Dakota Jack Younger, age 33, of Trumann, Arkansas passed away on June 5, 2025 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born on July 4, 1991 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Danny Younger and Terri Parnell. Dakota enjoyed playing video games on his play station, collecting Pokémon cards, growing sunflowers, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include; wife of twelve years: Christine Younger of the home; two daughters: Rin Younger of the home and Jolyne Younger of the home; mother: Terri Parnell of Manila, Arkansas; father: Danny Younger (Debbie) of Mountain View, Arkansas; paternal grandmother: Ellen Tucker (Nate) of Batesville, Arkansas; maternal grandmother: Liz Parnell Garrett (Howard) of Dyer, Tennessee; one step sister: Makayla of Batesville, Arkansas; two uncles: Johnny Parnell (Tammy) of Monette, Arkansas and Tony Younger (Sheri) of Batesville, Arkansas; mother-in-law: Pamela Allard of Texas; father-in-law: Jimmy Merritt of Holland, Missouri; step mother-in-law: Annie "Jean" Merritt of Blytheville, Arkansas; four special cousins: Caroline Parnell, Mollie Parnell, Natalie Parnell, Angelica Baldo; and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; his maternal grandfather: Jack Parnell; paternal grandfather: Hurley Younger; one uncle: Tony Parnell; and one aunt: Angel Parnell.

The family will be having a celebration of life, and it will be published when known.
