He is survived by: his mother Trubelle Collie of Marked Tree; his wife Connie Chase; his children, Shane Chase of Lepanto and Canesa Taylor (Shane) of Lepanto; his grandsons, Isaiah, Courage and Zac; his great grandchildren, Brewer and Ronan; his siblings, Gregg, Cheryl, Bonnie, Debbie and Diane; and his pet Banjo.
