She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rouse and Evelyn Johnson Rouse; her former husband James Ray Stout, Sr.; her children, James Ray Stout, Jr. (April Whitman) of Jonesboro and Sandra Kay Stout; her sister Evelyn Jean Rodgers; and her grandson Conner Aden Stout.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Montgomery (Sam) of Jonesboro and Brenda Thompson of Trumann; and her grandchildren, Noah Stout, Jeffery James Stout (J. J.), Cory Whitman, Michelle Cadwallader, Leo Montgomery, Keely Fields, Kelsy Hughes and Jeremy Stout. She is also survived by eight greatgrandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Thompson Funeral Home (220 Viva Dr, Trumann, AR 72472). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
