We bid farewell to Peggy Coots of Trumann, Arkansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 12, 2025 at the age of 76. Peggy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Tate and Virgie Tate; her husband Tommy Coots; and her siblings, Ann Norton and Gary Lynn Tate.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Coots, Tammy Stevens (Gary) of Trumann and Brandy Grimes (Shayne) of Trumann; her siblings, Larry Tate (Sharon) of Searcy, Arkansas and Louise Norton (Keith) of Haslett, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Sydney Alsobrook (J. J.), Seth Sammon Jarred Carter (Tiffany), Josie Sifuentes (Sebastian) and Emily Grimes. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Emerson Memorial Chapel (1629 E Nettleton Ave, Jonesboro, AR 72401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
