With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bobby Milligan of Tuckerman, Arkansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Geary Milligan and Wilma June Milligan; his parent Billy Joe Milligan; and his grandmother Sally Chism. He is survived by: his wife Mitzi Milligan (Stoner); his son Jason K. Milligan of Jacksonville; his brothers, Larry Milligan (Nancy) of Temple and Doug Milligan (Sheree) of Conway; and his cousins, Dody Phillips of Florence and Katherine Brown of Collierville, Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that memorial be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
