He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Turner and Lillian Belle Turner (Lewis); his siblings, Billy Turner, Woodrow Warren Turner and Nelma Joyce Turner; and his girlfriend Mary Keel.
He is survived by: his sister Brenda Holeman Starks of Little Rock; his sister-in-law Shirley Turner of Tuckerman; his nieces and nephews, Robin Lloyd of Orlando, Stacie Turner of Hobbs, Tony Turner of Tuckerman and Randy Turner of Tuckerman; and his caregiver Kathleen Turner of Tuckerman.
