He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Dudley Agee I and Virginia Marie Agee (Walden); and his sister-in-law Joyce Fay Agee. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Jacqueline Agee; his siblings, Phillip Dudley Agee II and Londa Ann Mahon; his brother-in-law John Michael Mahon; his stepson Joshua Carneal Drummond; his daughter-in-law Lauren Rebecca Drummond; and his grandchildren, Edyn Taylor Drummond, Emma Jo Drummond and Roman Luke Drummond.
