She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Ray Garrett; her sons, Columbus Baty and Charles "Dewayne" Baty; her parents, Willie Reynolds and Mattie Reynolds (Tarwater); her siblings, Stella, Helen Reynolds, Lorine Vance, William Jr., Alford and Thomas Reynolds; her grandson Jessie Nonnemacher; and her great grandchild William Arthur Bell.

She is survived by: her children, Rose Mary Keith of Van Buren, Marie Bell (Larry) of Pittsburg, OK, Della Nonnemacher of Van Buren, Patricia Armstrong (Kenneth) of Van Buren and Dwayne D. E. Garrett (Heather) of Van Buren. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren and six great great-grandchildren.
