He was predeceased by: his grandfather Earl Lewis Tinney. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Blake and Lisa Leigh Tinney (Cash); his daughter Addyson Rae Rowe of Hot Springs, Arkansas; his brother Jesse Edward Tinney of Williston; his grandmothers, Yivaena Tinney and Mitzy Ross (John); his aunt Kim Been (Doug); and his cousins, Magen Lowder (Justin), Molly Kate Been (Joe Jameson) and Evan Been (Kendra). He is also survived by seven second cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ocker Funeral Home of Alma Address (917 US-64, Alma, AR 72921). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
