He was predeceased by: his parents, R. D. Milam and Elaine Rozar (Spohn); and his brother Ronnie Frizell. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherami Talkington (James) of Bakersfield, California and Shelbi Newton (Brent) of Alma, Arkansas.; his grandsons, Dalton, Dylan, Devin, Conner, Carson and Corbin; his great grandchild Jackson; his brothers, Garry Frizell (Connie), Mark Rozar (Tracy) and Ron Patrick; and also Tim Sullivan. He is also survived by several nieces, cousins.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sarah Grove Cemetery.
