He is survived by : his wife Lillie Harwell Smith; his daughters, Carolyn Shelby of Alma, Linda Dillard of Alma and Jeannie Smith of Alma; his siblings, Barbara Patton of Hot Springs, Wanda Meadors (Tommy) of Mulberry, Edith Harvey (Gary) of Fayetteville, Brenda Reed (Bobby) of Alma, Shirlene Carter (Wayne) of Alma and Jimmy Don Smith (Ralphaline) of Alma; his grandchildren, Nikki Jordan (John) of Fayetteville, Kelly Osburn (Bobby) of Alma, Jennifer Chivington (Larry) of Alma, Ryan Dillard (Jennifer) of Kansas City, MO, Landon Shelby (Cheryl) of Fort Smith, Logan Shelby of Fort Smith and Justin Cristee (Kim) of Van Buren; his great grandchildren, Darek Archer (Makala) of Branch, Nicholas Archer (Bailey) of Poteau, Devehn Fowler of Dyer, Krislyn Patrick of Ozark, Bentley Osburn of Alma, Kinley Osburn of Alma, Asher Osburn of Alma, Ellie Chivington of Alma, Caleb Dillard of Kansas City, Dawson Shelby (Andi) of Rudy, Daye Shelby of Rudy, Jackson Cristee of Van Buren, Lillie Cristee of Van Buren and Wyatt Cristee of Van Buren; and his great great grandchildren, Jax Archer, Krislynn Archer of Branch, Gracie Shelby and Adelynn Shelby of Rudy.
