She is survived by: her significant other Ronald Dean Mitchell; her daughter Leslie Brodie (Stephen) of Branson, MO; her sister Pat Hatfield of Van Buren, AR; her siblings-in-law, Mike Mitchell (Polly) of Mesa, AZ, Nell Feldman of Sedona, AZ, Cheryl Selby of Equality, AL and Ronnie Wade of Monroe, LA.; her grandchildren, Kyle Brodie (Sonia) of Brooklyn, NY and Alyssa Weeks (Andrew) of Olive Branch, MS; and her great grandchildren, Ellie and Teddy Weeks.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ocker Funeral Home (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of Flowers the family asks for donations of backpacks of school supplies for children or donations be made to the Education Foundation for the VBSD.
