He is survived by: his son David Ernest Ruthesell (Misty); his wife Dorothy Ruthesell; his son Kevin Ruthesell (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Heather Ruthesell, Peyton Ruthesell (Reanna White), Shelbi Ruthesell, Tanner Ruthesell and Brynli Ruthesell; and his siblings, Darlene Carr, Judy Walls, Vickie Turner, Ronny Ruthesell, Gary Robertson, Larry Robertson, Ricky Robertson and Stanley Robertson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
