He was predeceased by: his parents, Blakemore Brodie and Nellie Brodie (Moon); and his brother Darrel Brodie. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Brodie; his children, Kimberly Safonov (John) of Van Buren, Stephen Brodie (Leslie) of Branson, Daniel Brodie (Mindy) of Van Buren and David Brodie (Dani) of Fort Smith; and his siblings, Carolyn Martin of Fort Smith, Debbie Gilreath (Mickey) of Van Buren and Wendell Brodie (Libby) of Fort Smith. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
