She was predeceased by: her parents, Oather Rouw and Dougherty Rouw (Clegg); and her siblings, Wanda Glenn and Phillip Rouw. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sherry Rouw of Dallas Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
