With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Justice of Van Buren, Arkansas, born in DeLeon, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 25, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Justice; her parents, Roy Dow Sr. and Vera Baggett (Baird); and her brother Roy Dow Baggett Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Mistretta of Van Buren, Anthony Mistretta (Shannon) of Washington and Tim Justice (Doreen) of Washington; and her siblings, Gailia McMaster of Cedarville, Lela Mae Brunk of Muldrow, Laverne Atwell (Jimmy) of Van Buren, Lee Jay Baggett (Kathryn) of Cedarville, Bill Baggett (Paula) of Cedarville and David Baggett (Sherry) of Van Buren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
