It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Darrell Smedley of Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray and Helen Smedley (Shankle); and his sister Darlene Nell. He is survived by: his wife Elvita Smedley; and his sons, Darrell Smedley of Broken Arrow, Lance Smedley of Apollo Beach, Craig Smedley of Tulsa and Chris Smedley of Van Buren. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and several stepchildren, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.
