Hazel left this world on October 25, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hampton Pitchford and Hazel Pitchford (Drum); her husband William Andrew Moore; and her sister Kathern White. She is survived by: her son Keith Moore (Carla) of Van Buren; her brothers, Paul Pitchford (Cindy) of Van Buren and Buster Pitchford of Van Buren; and her grandchildren, Austin Moore, Zane Moore, Lanie Moore, Christy Clark (Jared), Cindy Rofhahr (Dax) and Cassie Spencer. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church in Van Buren in her name.
