The memory of Jamie Hartley of Van Buren, Arkansas, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on August 13, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her son William "Billy" Royo; and her brother Jim "Buddy" Turner. She is survived by: her children, Michael Royo of Miami, FL, Tony (Linda Royo), Noel (Lael Whitlock), Richard (Carla Whitlock), Dean (Lisa Whitlock), George Michael "Mickey" (Paula), Chuck (Linda Hartley) and Leigh Boggs of Haslet, TX; her brother-in-law Paul; and her sister Mary. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to Heart of Hospice Fort Smith, and Nurses Honor Guard of the River Valley Community.
