She is survived by: her mother Ruth Estalle Norton; her husband Timothy Frank Hazlewood Sr.; her brother Lynn Norton of Morrow, AR; her children, Sondra Middleton, Alicia Hubler, Tammy Villines-Farkas, Lawton Shawn Villines Sr. and Timothy Frank Hazlewood Jr. (Mellody Mays); and her grandchildren, Brittany Lylyk, Daniel Martin (Arcelus), Sarah Marshall (Justin Strickland), Nichole Farkas, Dan TJ Hubler, Elizabeth Middleton, Timothy Farkas, Eddie Middleton, Lawton Shawn Villines Jr. (Brenton), Jade Lovell (Cody), Emerson Hazlewood (Wyatt Watson) and Andrew Tuff Villines (Olivia Bouse).
