He is survived by: his wife Diane Davis; his children, Joel Elliott Davis II (Ketty Davis) of Taiwan, Samantha Danelle Davis (Alex Michael Payne) of Jacksonville, Illinois and Patrick Allen Davis of Bonanza, Arkansas; his granddaughter Ellie Mei Davis of Taiwan; his mother Patricia English of Portland, OR; his sister Mandi Davis of Portland, OR; and his friend Daniel Pollock. He is also survived by extended family that includes numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
