She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Estes and Bina Estes (Kemp); her son Gary Shepard; her siblings, Wanda Decker and Edgar Estes Jr.; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Shepard; and her granddaughter Felicia Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Hilbern (Larry) of Rudy, Larry Shepard (Paula) of Van Buren and Ricky Shepard of Alma; and her sister Linda Smith of Van Buren. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren.
