He is survived by: his sons, Chuck (Teresa Burnett) of Van Buren and Mike (Sabrina Burnett) of Van Buren; and his sister Debbie Leonard of Pea Ridge, AR.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
