It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Anderson Nigh of Van Buren, Arkansas, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on April 20, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Walter D. "Bo" Nigh. He is survived by : his mother Dottie Nigh of Van Buren; his brother Lee Nigh (Andrea) of Van Buren; his nephew Cole Nigh of Springfield, MO; his aunts, Phyllis Bender and Debby Nigh; and his cousins, Carl, John, Zane Bender, Sara, Joshua Bender and Betsy Hays.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home (4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel (4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
