He is survived by: his wife Wendy Cartwright; his children, Elizabeth Scherrey (Bryan) of Van Buren, Amy Epperson of Fort Smith, Matt Cartwright of Austin, TX, Zachary Cartwright of Colorado Springs, Brandon Epperson of Hot Springs and Kevin Epperson of Alma; and his siblings, Lois Dustin of Portsmouth, VA, Nancy Williams of Norfolk, VA and Bill Cartwright of Norfolk.
