She was predeceased by: her former husband John L. Henry; her husband Freddie Joe Samples; and her parents, Delbert Carson and Erma Carson (Hood). She is survived by: her daughter Sherry O'Bar (Danny) of Ozark; her sister Betty Brantley of Dickinson, Texas; her granddaughter Christal Gilmore (Cody) of Alma; her great grandchildren, Chelbi Martinez (Jahaziel) of Maumelle and Chloe Gilmore of Alma; and her stepgrandson Cory O'Bar of Fort Smith. She is also survived by three step great grandchildren.
