He was predeceased by: his parents, Argel Toon and Pauline Toon (Manes); and his brother Jerry Toon, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Toon; and his nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Whitlock (Randall) of Central City and Jerry Toon, Jr. (Shannon) of Coweta, OK.
