He is survived by: his wife Betty Moore; his children, Stacy Woelber (Brad) of Van Buren and Randy Moore (Melody) of Van Buren; his sisters, Janice Taylor of Lavaca, Anita Goforth of Howe, OK, Sharron Borrows of Tahlequah, OK. and Paule Clark of Tahlequah, OK.; his grandsons, Hunter, Caden, Cole and Dakota; and his great grandchildren, Raevyn and Lilo.
