He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stuart and Pauline Stuart (Stark); and his wife Alice Stuart. He is survived by: his children, Janice Loya (Edward) of Fillmore, Denni Smith (Earl) of Johnson City, Tennessee, John Stuart of Alma, Richard Stuart (Judy) of Elk City, Billy Maynes (Kathy) of Caliente, Ricky Maynes (Elizabeth) of Eufala and Randy Maynes of Bakersfield, California. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
