He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Baxter Jr. and Dorothy Johnson; his grandparents, Theodore Sr. and Leathel Baxter; and his sister Tona Coleman.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Eaton (Kale) of Springdale and Robert Baxter Jr. (Stephanie) of Van Buren; his siblings, Barbara Laird (John) of Springdale, Beverly Jo Robertson of Van Buren, Dennis Johnson (Alice) of Van Buren and Randy Baxter (Angela) of Van Buren; his grandchildren, Andrea, Zach, Vincent and Koby; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Atticus, Kasen and Madison.
