He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Katherine Harsch Smith (Hensley) and Robert Oscar Harsch; his wife Florence Velma Harsch (Nicholson); his son Robert Harsch; his grandson Ryan Harsch; and his siblings, Ruthie Hensley and Kenny Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Patrice Braun (Larry) and James Michael Harsch (Rita); his grandchildren, Christopher Cheek (Ginger), Lisa Scudder (Kenneth), Nicholas Halpern (Hannah), Philip Halpern (Karley), Jennifer Boozer (David), Brian Hawk of Charleston, AR, Marla Gragg (Austin), Lauren Braun of Tulsa, OK and Jordan Braun of Owasso, OK; his great grandchildren, Pip Cheek of Broken Arrow, OK, Dylan Harsch of Sherwood, AR, Alyssa Harsch of Sherwood, AR, Ayden Gragg of Roland, OK, Aubriana Gragg of Roland, OK, Micah Halpern of Rogers, AR, Annie Halpern of Rogers, AR, Emmett Halpern of Rogers, AR, Myers Halpern of Wichita, KS, Hadley Blaylock of Owasso, OK, Carson Scudder of Tulsa, OK, Colton Scudder of Tulsa, OK and Caitlyn Scudder of Tulsa, OK; and his sister Betty Jean Ray of Spokane, WS. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Agent & Mallory Martin Funeral Home (123 S Wheeler Ave, Sallisaw, OK 74955).
