She is survived by : her parents, Billy John and Barbara Page (Pennel); her husband Archie Wornkey; her children, Zach Wornkey, Harlee and Hannah Wornkey; her siblings, Chris Page (Lisa), Jackie Bond, Jamie Beth Pratt and Jennifer Bohannon (Kevin); her aunts, Beverly Pharr (Mike), Loretta Wilcox (Ronnie) and Kathey Wilson (Stan); her great-nephew Kingston Massey; her close friends, Charity Hall, Crystal Garner and Stephanie Young; and also, Marty, Pat, Linda, Ed, Michael George and John. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
