She is survived by: her mother Carol Adamec of Fort Smith; and her siblings, Gwyn Gipson of Fort Smith, Kim Corley (Vince) of Fort Smith, Traci Barker (Gary) of Fort Smith and Michael Adamec (Cynthia) of Fort Smith.
