He was predeceased by: his father Earl Lewis Tinney; and his son Aaron Blake Tinney. He is survived by: his mother Yivanea Tinney (Newton) of Van Buren; his wife Lisa Tinney (Cash); his son Jesse Edward Tinney of Williston; and his granddaughter Addyson Raye Rowe of Hot Springs, Arkansas..
