He is survived by: his friend Donna Cox; and his children, Joanna Chandler of Van Buren, Jennifer Miller (Ryan) of Alma, Jessica Garner of Van Buren, Sarah Cox of Muldrow and Stephen Washburn, Jr. of Hackett. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
