She is survived by: her sons, Dustin Moore (Brittney) of Mountainburg and David Moore (Rebekah) of Huntington; her brothers, Ronnie Evans (Rita) of Van Buren and Dewayne Evans (Teresa) of Mountainburg; and her grandchildren, Jaxon Moore, Addy Moore, Jedidiah Moore, Judah Moore and Benjamin Moore.
