Velma Farrar Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Farrar in Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on June 11, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Harold Ross; her son Douglas Ross; her parents, Minor Robertson and Minnie Robertson (Rankin); and her siblings, Oleta McGatha, Lois Metheny, Juanita Joiner, Louise Young and Edward Robertson.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Farrar; her children, Shelia Williams (Greg) of Chula, Lisa Ross Hendricks of Fayetteville, Harold Ross Jr. (Linda) of Muldrow, Tim Ross of Pine Bluff and Les Ross of Van Buren; and her siblings, Gordia Martinez of California, Ruthie Robertson of California and James Robertson of Pocola. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
