He is survived by: his wife Lola Looper of Green Forrest; his sons, Bud Looper of Harrison and Chet Looper of California; his brother Raymond Looper of Harrison; and his stepson Everett Edgell (Deanne) of Harrison. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.
