It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Lynn Sipes of Vilonia, Arkansas, born in Galveston, Texas, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John R. Marschall and Martha Reynolds Marschall; her husband Franklin T. Sipes; and her sister Martha Ray Marschall Hill. She is survived by : her sons, Louis Brooks of Waynesboro, Marschall Brooks, Raymond Brooks (Debra) of Lonoke and Kirk Brooks (Laurel) of Aurora, Colorado; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Aaron and Holly; and her brother John R. Marschall, Jr. (Sine) of Santa Fe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
