She was predeceased by: her parent O. W. Milligan; and her brother Wayne Milligan. She is survived by: her children, Gary Goode (Kathy) of Clarksdale, MS, Steve Goode (Christie) of Vilonia, AR, David Goode of Little Rock, AR, LeeAnne Prickett of Benton, AR and Dennis Milligan (Tina) of Benton, AR; her brother Phillip Milligan (Theresa) of Heber Springs, AR; her sister-in-law Becky Milligan of Drasco, AR.; her grandchildren, Trey Goode, Martha Katharine Goode, Anna Douglas Talley (J. T.), Reagan Ware (Dylan), Dorothie Grace Goode, Andrew Goode, Milli Louise Prickett, Yates Prickett, Sarah Beth Prickett and Mary Claire Good; and her great grandchild Waylon Ware.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Saline County.
