He is survived by: his fiancée Selina Neal; his children, Timothy Rudder (Malia), Mathew Rudder, Samantha Rudder (Pat), Brandon Rudder and Summer Morrison (Calvin); his grandchildren, Carson, Amery, Willow, Elijah, Mallory and Alorah; his siblings, Jerry Rudder (Cherokee), Tony Rudder (Christy), Gale Peresko (Lyle), Kenneth Brasfield and Carl Brasfield; and his parents, David Cowles and Toni Cowles. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
