He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Bell of Vilonia; his children, Heidi Love (Phillip) of Benton, Hal Prescott (Anna) of Fayetteville, Wayne Bell of Oklahoma City, Brian Bell (Sheila) of Maumelle and Mark Bell (Lana) of Vilonia; and his sister Brenda Hartwick of Jasper.
